How we can help
What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
We all know, at some level, that dysfunction can exist in a family system. But what happens when we experience that dysfunction as an everyday entanglement in our daily lives? Or what if the source of that dysfunction was beyond our everyday awareness? Below the radar, as it were. |

As children, we are extremely vulnerable. At a very deep level we know this, and to survive we develop personalities that both protect us and make us attractive to others. Thus, as adults, our need to belong can sometimes compromise our ability to see our true selves.
These workshops can help us to understand the connection between, on the one hand, our sense of powerlessness or our fears, and on the other hand, our conscious and sub-conscious awareness of our resulting feelings and our behaviours and how they affect us.
We do this by opening up to the larger truths of the people who have gone before us in our families. Looking at the present and acknowledging “what really is”, instead of staying faithful to our beliefs, heals us at a very deep level and reconnects us with a vital aspect of our being. We are then able to connect with the true essence of our selves.
This work is very experiential and can be quite profound.
"A person's beauty
is sophisticated and sacred,
and is far beyond image,
appearance or personality"
John O'Donohue
